| Students are required to pay an annual registration fee of $30.00. |

A deposit equal to one month's tuition is due with registration.
This amount will be applied toward tuition for May, 2011. Tuition
payments are due by the 15th of each month (except for September,
which is due by September 24th). Prepayment of 4 months prior to
October 1st, 2010, and January 15, 2011 will receive a 5% discount.
Prepayment of the entire year (8 months) by October 1st, 2010 will receive
a 10% discount. Even though some months are less than four weeks
in length or are five weeks in length, the fee remains the same.

or drop into the payment box located outside Studio 1. Along with your
check, please enclose a fully completed coupon from the coupon sheet. This
information is necessary for us to properly credit your account. Any returned
checks will be charged a $25 fee. If your check has not been received by the
15th of the month, you will be billed for the outstanding balance. A $5 late
fee per student will be added to each late payment.
